A boutique agency, whose main purpose is to service larger advertising and marketing agencies, The Company consists of a core team of 7 staff. We are young, fun, collaborative and very social! Located in Darlinghurst, Sydney, the office has an open plan layout of 200sq feet.
We specialise in integrated marketing communications, interactive marketing, Online Marketing, One-to-one and Cross media marketing, Social computing and word of mouth marketing.
Training & Experience Provided:
· Each intern will assist primarily on the marketing pertaining to a new website. Marketing activities will include website launch promotions, email marketing, ongoing online promotions and competitions, social media marketing and blogger relations, managing and creating site content (for organic SEO).
Each intern is also required to assist with other marketing activities outside their major project website including creative concept development, agency pitches and proposals, brainstorming workshops, market research, copywriting, writing brief documents, event planning, and website testing and usability testing.
The role will require the intern to assist with:

Online promotions and competitions (from strategy, planning and briefing through to execution and management)
Email marketing
· writing briefs, copywriting, designing and finalising email templates, and database management
Social media marketing, blogger relations, link building and basic SEO
Content management of the major project website
Creative concept development and process
Market research
Website testing and usability testing
Participating in brainstorming workshops

The Social Media Marketing Internships are voluntary/unpaid as the main benefit is to you through a meaningful learning experience, NOT on photocopying and making coffee. However, many host companies offer a stipend such as weekly transport costs. The internship will assist you in taking a big step towards your future career.
When can I start my Social Media Marketing Internship?
Our Social Media Marketing Internship start dates are flexible. We have students starting internships almost every Monday of the year (except in December and the first week of January).
Do you organise graduation Social Media Marketing Internships?
Yes. We can arrange internships to meet your graduation requirements. These commonly involve an assignment topic or thesis subject.
Can I receive credit from my University for the Internship?
If you send us your University requirements in order to gain credit for the internship then we will make sure to arrange a placement which meets these requirements.
