Whether you are travelling, studying or completing an internship, choose affordable short term accommodation in apartments or shared accommodation.
Cozzy are located in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Gold Coast and provide modern and comfortable accommodation at a reasonable fee. The accommodation are specifically designed houses for students. The houses are in suburban locations (e.g. North Sydney, Randwick & Kingsford). Houses usually have 4 x bedrooms and occupants share bathrooms, kitchen facilities and washing machines.

Applicable for all stays from 1st January 2024.
Booking fees apply;
– $250 (if enrolled in an internship through Internships Down Under)
– $300 (NOT enrolled in an internship through Internships Down Under)
Compulsory check-out cleaning fee of $85
Key Deposit; $350 for on-shore bookings, $0 for offshore bookings.
Key deposit is refundable after departure, conditions apply.
Bookings can be made for a maximum of 12 weeks (extensions may be available in some cases). If initial booking was made off-shore, and then extended on-shore, the key deposit will apply.
Bed linen is provided for offshore guests; however blankets are not included but can be purchased ($110).
