Training provided & learning outcomes to be achieved
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive team member to support our fast-paced Sales Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, merchandising, and customer relations within a dynamic and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Support: Communicate with customers via email regarding their orders, providing product images, data, and general assistance to ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
- Sample Coordination: Organise product samples for photoshoots, marketing materials, and client presentations.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in setting up and maintaining engaging in-store displays to enhance customer experience and maximise sales.
- Showroom & Logistics Support: Help manage the showroom, coordinate stock movement, and provide administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.
