The company is a French-based company providing villas to rent for holidays. The luxury properties are located worldwide and our office is in charge of the development of the Asia-Pacific area. We have been developing this area for years and we need to enforce our team to support our development project.
Training provided & learning outcomes to be achieved
Booking Enquiries Management (from A to Z)
•Dealing with owner, checking availability, prices, etc.
•Dealing with direct client (guest) about its needs and wishes
•Follow-up with owner about the pending booking
•Follow-up with guest about its inquiry
Back office Management
•Uploading villas on the back office and check with the owner
•Updating villas’ pages when it is necessary
PAC Management
•Updating availability of villas on PAC (Price & Availability Center)
•Updating prices and changes on PAC
•Updating Excel files for availability
Development of Sydney area
•Researching new villas in Sydney and contacting them
•Contacting them by mail, e-mail and booking enquiries
•Researching new Travel Agencies in Sydney + Melbourne + Brisbane
•Contact them by e-mail / phone in order to get meetings
•Running the Customer Experience Process
•Strengthen relationships by sending an email to owners and guests after the booking
Relationship management & Development
•Developing the ITALY area :
•Research of new villas + get in touch with owners
•Research of new partners, make a file (Lead generation)
•Helping to develop new relationships in Asia & Europe with the tourism stakeholders
Marketing
•Different tasks and missions along the way, depending on skills and motivation.

Our Vacation Real Estate Internship start dates are flexible. We have students starting internships almost every Monday of the year (except in December and the first week of January).
Do you organise graduation Vacation Real Estate Internships?
Yes. We can arrange internships to meet your graduation requirements. These commonly involve an assignment topic or thesis subject.
Can I receive credit from my University for the Internship?
If you send us your University requirements in order to gain credit for the internship then we will make sure to arrange a placement which meets these requirements.
