– Community Management
You’ll learn how to monitor and manage multiple social channels from Facebook to Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube or Twitter. As a social team, they plan, write, create, schedule, monitor and respond to consumers on behalf of their clients, and it would be a part of your role to be a large part of this operation. No experience required, you’ll learn it all on the job!

– Content Planning for Content Marketing on Social Media
Planning what to post on social is as important as what you say. You’ll be an integral part of the planning process for month-to-month content and help the team out with writing content for client’s social pages.

– Content Writing/ Copy Writing for Social Media
Your writing is good but does it fit into 140 characters? They’ll teach you how to #writeforsocial, understand what works and what doesn’t – a perfect skill for any future marketing or business role.

– Design Briefing for Social Media Marketing
After writing content, it’s time to involve designers, and this step requires a brief. You’ll learn the process of planning to execution, bringing your ideas out into an actionable brief for the development of social images, videos, designs and more.

– Social Media Reporting
This is about deriving insights and making recommendations of optimisation for clients. As the Community Manager of a social page, you’re the expert and for clients, we offer the best in advice and recommendations to continually strive to perform better, get better reach on their posts, more engagement on their posts and most importantly deliver the results they are looking for, from social.
