This internship is hosted by a growing business hub that is developing and scaling multiple ventures. Established by an experienced entrepreneur, the company has launched and exited several businesses and is currently focusing on a range of new projects.

Current ventures include:

• Personal Concierge Services – A premium offering designed to support seniors who are downsizing. The team manages moves end-to-end, including packing, unpacking, decluttering, and arranging third-party services. With strong partnerships across retirement living developments, this service is now also available directly to consumers.

• Property Technology Platform – An innovative start-up transforming the settlement process. Transitioning from a service-based model into a software platform, this venture has recently secured early-stage funding. Its digital platform is currently in development, with version one scheduled for testing in 2025 and a market launch planned shortly after.

All ventures operate from a central Sydney CBD office, offering interns the opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Training provided & learning outcomes to be achieved

Interns will receive hands-on training across marketing, administration, and business operations. Responsibilities and learning will be tailored to suit the intern’s strengths and career goals, ensuring exposure to multiple aspects of a growing business. Training will include:

• Marketing & Communications – Assisting with social media management, campaign development, and content creation.

• Business Administration – Supporting daily operations, coordinating tasks, and contributing to project management.

• Creative Projects – Engaging in graphic design, online marketing, and promotional activities.

• IT & Digital Tools – Developing skills in digital platforms, software tools, and data organisation.

• Client & Partner Engagement – Understanding relationship management with both B2C and B2B partners.

Interns will be mentored by experienced professionals, with regular feedback and monthly performance evaluations to track progress and provide targeted support.

By the end of the internship, participants will have developed practical skills in marketing, communications, and business operations while gaining valuable experience in a start-up and entrepreneurial environment.
