This internship offers a valuable opportunity to support and enhance the marketing efforts of a dynamic coworking space, contributing to various projects aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and promoting coworking and meeting room services. The intern will also assist with day-to-day operational tasks to help ensure the smooth running of the workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities to differentiate the business.
• Assist with updating the website, including optimising SEO for key pages like meeting room bookings.
• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns, including promotions for membership programs and community partnerships.
• Support the development of performance reports by gathering and analysing data from campaigns, website traffic, and social media engagement.

Training Provided:

• Training on creating effective social media posts, blogs, and email marketing campaigns using tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, and Gmail.
• Introduction to SEO and digital marketing, with a focus on on-page optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with website management, using the Squarespace platform to make design updates and enhance user experience.

Throughout the internship, you’ll work directly with the marketing manager, who has overseen most of the marketing efforts, providing mentorship and guidance.
