Assisting on

Assisting with supplier research, quote requests and proposal construction
Source and coordinate gifts or welcome amenities to be given to delegates/clients
Data entry of delegate information using our Events Pro database
Packing satchels for delegates to be sent out via mail
Contacting delegates to advise of event details
Compilation and sending out of delegate itineraries
Filing of supplier collateral
Assisting the travel team with ticketing for large group travel
Greeting and coordinating couriers and deliveries
