Training provided & learning outcomes to be achieved

Interns will join a small, collaborative team working on the development and enhancement of a web application. The internship will begin with setting up the existing codebase, understanding its logic, and documenting the system to prepare it for team collaboration.

Training will include:

• Codebase Familiarisation – Setting up and running an existing Python/Flask project locally.

• System Documentation – Reverse-engineering existing logic and creating documentation for improved team collaboration.

• Software Development Practices – Applying coding standards, version control, and workflow management.

• Feature Development – Proposing, testing, and implementing new features once the system is stabilised.

• Team Collaboration – Learning best practices in collaborative coding, agile workflows, and project organisation.
