This consulting company works with Australia’s best in the Architecture and interior design industry. They apply specialised skills in brand marketing and business development to create and deploy bespoke strategy solutions for clients.

Their methodology incorporates evidence based decision making and utilises a mix of quantitative data sets combined with qualitative insights found both within the organisation and through peer communities.

The consultancy is young and is entering into a growth stage.

Training provided & learning outcomes to be achieved

Working to a 2.5 day plan would be beneficial to gain the best consistent learnings and assist with outputs for the business. At least 1 day per week at the offices in the Sydney CBD would be required.

The primary focus would be on content/ social marketing for 1-2 clients working from a heavily articulated brand strategy piece which incorporates clear audience, messaging and channel planning. You would be working across multiple online environments to curate content in drafting and then publish on social media platforms once approved – no copywriting would be expected but if you have an interest, it could be further mentored. The strategy planning is reviewed on a quarterly basis and you would have the opportunity to be across strategy development and metrics.

We may require you to come to our clients sites in Sydney at times to document and capture content for possible use on platforms – no requirement to be a qualified photographer but you should enjoy and know how to compose images and videos from devices.

There is also a small component which requires the extraction of reporting from Salesforce along with building client management data within our own salesforce system. Please note that all reports will already be created, it just may require you to export updated reporting as well as look for specific data from reporting – your insights would be welcome as part of this process and you would be supported in developing your sense making capabilities when addressing strategy performance.
Training across salesforce would be provided.

Archiving and file management across Google suite and Dropbox will also be part of the role.

Lastly, you may be required to assist with some research duties locating relevant secondary data that speaks to our client strategy, competitive environment and target markets.

Skills or Experience Required

Experience with graphic design apps such as Canva and management platforms such as trello would be great. Comfort using MS office or Google suite would also be handy. Exposure and experience to content marketing social platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest and linkedIn is preferred.
