Training across the full Talent Acquisition/Recruitment function to include: Advertising, employer branding, candidate screening, competency based interviewing (CBI), talent pooling, implementation of new ATS (applicant tracking system), diary management/scheduling for interviews, headhunting, social media campaigns.
