We are a privately owned company and provide operating lease (Rental) finance for equipment (IT, phone systems, security systems, etc). Our main customers are corporate, small to medium business, government & consumer based.

Business is introduced to us through a variety of avenues: brokers, direct, retail, etc.

As a result of the GFC, the organization did down-size & our main focus for the last two years has been the management & retrieval of our existing ‘book’ (outstanding contracts).

During this period, we have also taken the opportunity to develop, fine tune & document our internal processes.

We have recently taken our first steps back into the market – by writing some new business for existing customers.

There are three main departments: Finance, Collections & Recoveries & End of Term/Upgrades (sales).

Training & Experience Provided:

· Finance: training will be focused all areas of finance: accounts receivable, accounts payable, ledger management, end of month processes, allocations, reconciliations, administration, etc. Collections/Recoveries: training will be focused on all aspects of Collections & Recoveries: customer service, skip tracing, reconciliations, settlement negotiations, administration, avenues for legal action, specialized external systems, etc. Sales: training will be focused on our End of Term/Upgrades area
· with the focus on our existing customer base & will include: conversion to new business, identifying customer needs, tailoring packages to customer needs, possible site visits, administration, etc. All areas will include training on our in house systems & processes
· which will provide a good understanding of the business overall.
