· 4"> Provide administrative assistance to the Marketing Manager Management of purchase orders and budget tracking Put together PPT and Excel sheets when required Manage the Marketing inbox and respond to emails as required Update the “Do Not Email List” on a regular basis Ensure the “Return To Sender” mail is updated in the system Create fly sheets when required Source promotional material and liaise with suppliers if required Assist in all planning, organising and packing for conference, seminars and events Marketing Campaign Support Manage and update sales tools i.e. content management system, email engine, web conferencing Assist with campaign analysis and reporting through CRM, email and Google Analytics Database and list management in Excel Proofread marketing collateral when required Study background/degree:A Marketing / Business with Marketing major would be preferable Essential skills/knowledge:
