Sydney is known for its awesome shopping. There are numerous markets with new and second hand clothes as well as big brand outlet stores.

The Rocks Market is located on George Street near Circular Quay and is very popular. The markets sell nice souvenirs, jewellery, clothes and artwork. It is visited by both locals and tourists. It is on 10am – 5pm every Saturday and Sunday.

Paddy’s Market is the best place to catch a bargain. You can find a lot of stalls selling cheap souvenirs. It is also known for offering cheap fruit. It is located on Hay Street right under Market City Outlet Centre. Paddy’s market is open from Wednesday to Sunday 9am to 5pm.

Paddington Market is a charming and lovable market located next to Paddington church on 395 Oxford Street, Paddington. It is on every Saturday from 10am – 4pm and you can shop for Australian made products, clothes, jewellery, art, photography and food.

Glebe Markets are on every Saturday from 10am till 4pm on the grounds of Glebe Public School.

Bondi Beach Markets are on every Sunday (10am – 4pm). The market contains stalls with various arts, crafts, exotic imports, hand-made jewellery and clothes.
Held at Bondi Beach Public School on Campbell Parade.

Sydney Fish Markets has become the largest market of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere. Stores are open from 7am to 4pm and auction times commence from 5.30am. The auction can only be viewed through the Behind the Scenes Tour. The tour leaves at 6.40am on Mondays and Thursdays. Bookings are essential.

Kirribilli Fashion Markets one market is for Art & Design and Fashion. This one is on Sunday 14th of December 2014. The other market is a general market Saturday 6th & 20th of December 2014. Bradfield Park, Fitzroy St, Kirribilli.
