Melissa; Marketing Internship in Australia
Melissa is from Germany and recently completed her internship in Sydney. Before she leaves Australia she wants to have a picture with a Quokka. If you don’t know what that is then we suggest you look it up as you may want to join her.
My home city: Hamburg is famous for: its Elbphilharmonie, an impressive new building in the Hafencity.
When I was young I wanted to: be a journalist
I chose Australia because: I always wanted to travel to Australia because of it’s nature, animals and the SUN 🙂
My impression of Australia before I arrived: was a big island far away from Germany.
One thing I have learnt about Australia that I didn’t know before: is people are much more open and relaxed than in Germany.
Before I leave Australia, I want to: Take a selfie with a Quokka on Rottnest Island 🙂
If I could live anywhere in the world, it would be: San Francisco, London and Hamburg!
Best Advice I have been given is: Don’t think too much, go for it and travel the world.
My worst job was: Waitress
My next trip will be to: Perth
