Tim; Marketing Internship in Sydney
Tim is from Germany and currently completing a marketing internship in Sydney with a jewellery company. He is looking forward to visiting the centre of Australia to see the unique landscape. Some good advice; Wear Suncream!:
My home city: Düsseldorf is famous for: beer (‘Altbier’) and a liqueur called Killepitsch.
When I was young I wanted to be: a builder
I chose Australia because: of the good weather, the great animals and the nice cities as well as the relaxed atmosphere.
My impression of Australia before I arrived: nice and hot weather, relaxed and friendly people.
One thing I have learnt about Australia that I didn’t know before: is the lockout laws
Before I leave Australia, I want to: take a trip to the Red Centre
If I could live anywhere in the world, I’d choose: Sydney
Best advice I have been given is: Use a lot of sunscreen because the UV index is very high and you can easily get burnt.
My next trip will be to: The Blue Mountains
