Internship Down Under Photo Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility >
Open to current and past participants of internships in Australia arranged through Internships Down Under.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
Up to three (3) entries per person will be accepted.
2. How to Enter >
Submit a photo featuring yourself and something iconically Australian (e.g., Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge, kangaroos, beaches, native wildlife, etc.).
Along with each photo, answer the short questions provided about your internship experience in Australia.
Entries must be submitted by midnight, 26th September 2025 (AEST).
3. Prize >
One winner will receive a $50 AUD voucher to Colourful Collective (The voucher is subject to Colourful Collective’s own terms of use.).
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
4. Judging Criteria >
The winning entry will be chosen based on:
The sense of joy and positivity the photo conveys.
How well it captures the spirit of Australia.
Creativity and originality.
The decision is final.
5. Notification of Winner >
The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the competition closing.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner may be selected.
6. Use of Entries >
By entering, you grant Internships Down Under the right to use your submitted photo(s) and written responses for promotional purposes, including on websites, newsletters, and social media platforms.
Entries may also be shared with and used by Internships Down Under’s partners for promotional purposes.
Photos must be genuine and not created or significantly altered using AI tools.
You confirm that the photo submitted is your own work and that you have permission from any other identifiable individuals in the photo.
7. General >
By submitting an entry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Internships Down Under reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the competition requirements or is deemed inappropriate.
