- Interview scheduling: Internships Down Under will coordinate an interview with a qualified host company and provide you with the relevant details.
- Agreement facilitation: If both parties are satisfied with the offered internship, Internships Down Under will help secure the placement with an agreement.
- Re-evaluation process: If either party is dissatisfied with the interview, Internships Down Under will make up to three attempts to place you in a suitable company.
- Single interview process: Note that IDU do not arrange multiple interviews/positions for you to choose from. If you have a valid reason for dissatisfaction, IDU will continue efforts to find a suitable company.
- Final payment and confirmation: Once the internship is confirmed and an agreement is signed, the final payment is due.
- Preparations for stay: You will need to make arrangements for accommodation, insurance, flights, and Visa. Internships Down Under can assist with these services.
- Ongoing support: Throughout your internship, Internships Down Under will maintain regular contact and serve as your support in Australia.
- Statement of service/reference: Upon completing the internship, you may receive a statement of service or reference from the host company, detailing the training and skills gained during your time with them.
