Compulsory check-out cleaning fee of $85
Key Deposit; $350 for on-shore bookings, $0 for offshore bookings.
Key deposit is refundable after departure, conditions apply.
Bookings can be made for a maximum of 12 weeks (extensions may be available in some cases). If initial booking was made off-shore, and then extended on-shore, the key deposit will apply.
Bed linen is provided for offshore guests; however blankets are not included but can be purchased ($110).
