Tourism: How to research client demand, how to create a packaged tour itinerary, how to create a product database, how to manage a tour budget
Sport: How to plan fixtures & scheduling for sporting tours, how to do sporting market research
Sales & Marketing: How to generate leads, how to qualify leads, how to create a sales pipeline
English Language: How to deal with clients & business colleagues in an English speaking country
